Effective January 1, 2026. Please read carefully — commissioning work with Wild Reflections LLC constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Wild Reflections LLC ("the Studio") provides custom taxidermy, tanning, skull cleaning, and shipping services. By submitting a trophy, deposit, or work order you agree to these Terms.
All projects require a 50% deposit to reserve a production slot. Final pricing is confirmed at intake after inspection of the cape and consultation on pose, base, and framing. Published prices are starting prices before additional options, since all pieces are custom.
Average turnaround is 12 to 14 months from the date of deposit to completion, varying by species and project complexity. The Studio does not guarantee specific delivery dates. Clients can check in at any time for an update. We like to keep an open dialogue with our customers.
Due to the organic nature of taxidermy, the Studio carries no legal responsibility for damage to customer hides, skulls, antlers, horns, or any other item for which the Studio provides a service. Clients are encouraged to insure high-value trophies separately during transit. The Studio is not liable for defects in capes received — poor field care, slipped hair, or any other situation that is outside the Studio's control.
Crating and shipping are quoted per-project. Freight is insured to declared value. Storage beyond 60 days post-completion can be billed at $10/day at the Studio's discretion.
We collect only the information you provide when contacting the Studio or commissioning work: name, contact information, and project details. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required for shipping and regulatory filings (CITES, state licensing).
